Our clinic is located at 222, Aarza Square 2, Greater Noida West 201308, Uttar Pradesh, India. The website niradew.com is operated by The SK!N Clinic ("we", "us", "our").
2. Use of the site
You must be 18 or older to purchase products or book treatments. Product recommendations and articles on the site are general in nature and do not replace a medical consultation. Always patch-test new products and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
3. Product accuracy
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. However, colours may vary based on your screen, and formulations may be updated by manufacturers from time to time. In case of discrepancy, the physical product supplied prevails.
4. Pricing & availability
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will inform you and offer a full refund or alternative.
5. Treatment bookings
Consultation and treatment slots are confirmed only after we call you back and take a token deposit if applicable. Bookings requested through the site are appointment requests, not confirmed slots.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product photography, and Dr. Rashmi's editorial voice — is owned by SK!N International and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use, delivery delays, or treatment outcomes. Individual responses to skincare vary; results are not guaranteed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
