What we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect: name, email, phone, shipping address, and payment identifiers (never full card numbers). When you take our AI Skin Consultation, we collect your quiz answers. We may also log basic technical information (IP, browser, device) for security and analytics.
How we use it
Purely to fulfil your order, ship your parcel, confirm your appointments, personalise product recommendations, and email you updates you've explicitly opted into. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers we've vetted: Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket (shipping), and our email provider for order confirmations. Each is contractually bound to protect your data. We never share your data for third-party marketing.
Cookies
We use essential cookies (cart, login) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics — anonymised). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without breaking checkout.
Your rights
Under Indian data protection law you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email care@niradew.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing (industry standard). Payment data is handled by Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure — we never see your full card details. All traffic is served over HTTPS.
