Where we ship
Pan-India via Shiprocket courier partners — over 24,000 pincodes covered. International shipping is not available yet; please email care@niradew.com if you're outside India and we may be able to arrange an exception.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
Delivery timeline
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days). Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days from dispatch. Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days. Remote pincodes: 7–10 business days.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS + email with the AWB tracking number and courier partner. You can also view live status under 'My Account → Orders'.
Undelivered parcels
If our courier cannot reach you across 3 delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. We'll email you to reschedule delivery — reshipping charges (₹149) apply.
